Dose
One teaspoon of pollen per day (2.5 g). It can be taken on its own or diluted in water, fruit juice or tea, etc. Storage: Beebread should be kept at a low temperature ranging from 4 to 6 or otherwise, in it should be stored in a dry cool place so as to preserve all its properties.
It should be used within the 180 days after its date of production.
To benefit from beebread it must be consumed on a regular and sustained basis
